Cancellation Policy

The right of withdrawal does not apply to some product categories
including, without limitation, digital products or software not provided
on a material support as indicated in the paragraph EXCEPTIONS TO THE LAW
OF WITHDRAWAL . In the event of withdrawal exercised by users located in countries
Non-EU for which withdrawal can take place all expenses relating to
transport, customs clearance and VAT are the responsibility of the consumer.

Without prejudice to the exceptions indicated in the EXCEPTIONS TO paragraph
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL , you have the right to withdraw from the order placed,
without having to provide any reason, within 14 days from the day you have
received the ordered product (or the last product, batch or piece in case of
goods, lots or multiple pieces delivered separately) or from the conclusion of
contract (including, but not limited to, contracts for the
supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium). If you have
a person you trust in charge of the collection, your right of withdrawal
starts from the day of delivery of the product to the person designated by you,
different from the courier.

EFFECTS OF THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We will refund all payments received in connection with your purchase of the
product for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal within 14 days of
day on which we received the communication relating to the exercise of
right of withdrawal. We will make the refund to the same public address from
to which the payment was made or in the case of payment in the lighting network
upon your declaration in writing that it is the same lighting channel as you
used for payment. Refunds will not be made for any reason
