srl) ("Beebit" or "we") provides site functionality to you
and other products when you visit, use devices and products provided by Beebit
(collectively, the “Beebit Services
"). We invite you to read our information on
privacy, of our Cookie Policy, to understand how we collect
and we process your personal data through the Beebit Services. Beebit provides the Beebit Services on the following terms and conditions
("General Conditions of Use and Sale").

When you use the Beebit Services or
you send us emails, text messages (SMS) and other communications from your computer
or from your mobile device, you communicate with us electronically. We can
communicate with you in various ways, for example via email, text messages
(SMS), in-app notifications, or by posting messages and communications on the site or
through other Beebit Services. Without prejudice to specific legal provisions
of an imperative nature, for the purposes of this contract, you accept that
all contracts, notices, disclosures and other communications to you
we provide in electronic form satisfy the written form requirement,
when required by law.

buttons of icons, images, audio files, digital downloads, data collections and
software, are the property of Beebit and/or dr donkey srl. or its suppliers
contents and are protected by Italian laws regarding copyright and
database rights. The list of all contents present or returned
available through the Beebit Services is the exclusive property of Beebit and/or Dr Donkey srl. and is protected by law
Italian authorities on copyright and database rights.

It is not permitted to systematically extract and/or reuse parts of the
Beebit Services without express consent
written by Beebit. In particular, it is not permitted to use data mining,
robots or similar acquisition or extraction devices to extract (one or more
times) to reuse any substantial part of any Beebit Services
, without our express written consent. You won't even be able to create and/or
publish your own database that reproduces substantial parts (e.g. prices and
product lists) of the Beebit Services without the express written consent of Beebit.

The graphic material, the logos, the page headers, the buttons
icons, characters and service marks included or made available
through any of the Beebit Services are trademarks or distinctive signs of Beebit. THE
Beebit trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with
products or services that are not Beebit's, in such a way as to generate
confusion among customers or in any way that denigrates or
discredit Beebit. All other trademarks not owned by Beebit that appear on any of the Beebit Services
are the property of their respective owners

fraudulent, or in any case to commit illicit activities, or (iii) to cause
disturbance, prejudice or apprehension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account by preventing
access to the Beebit Services if your
behavior constitutes a justified reason for doing so. This will happen, in
in particular, in case of violation of current legislation, of the provisions

applicable contracts accessible on our site. Despite that
limitation or closure, you will continue to have access to the contents and the
products rented up to that point.

It is permitted to publish reviews, comments and other content, send
e-cards and other communications and submit suggestions, ideas,
comments, questions or other information, as long as the content is not illegal
(i.e. obscene, abusive, intimidating, defamatory, does not violate privacy, i
intellectual property rights or is not otherwise offensive to Beebit
, Dr Donkey srl. and/or third parties or deplorable and is not or in any case does not contain
virus, political propaganda, commercial solicitation, chain letters,
mass emails or any other form of spamming).

If you decide to post customer reviews, comments, questions or answers
customer or to send other content you create for viewing
on the site (which include images, video or sound content, below
collectively referred to as "content"), you grant Beebit (a) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license
free to use, reproduce, publish, make available, translate and
modify such contents anywhere in the world (including the right to
sub-license to third parties) and (b) the right to use the name used by you in
relation to such contents. Your moral copyright rights are reserved.

You will be able to delete your content from public view or,
where this functionality is provided, change the settings accordingly
that your content is viewed only by the people to whom you grant
access.

You represent and warrant that you have, personally or otherwise, the
ownership or in any case the availability of all rights relating to the
content of what you post; that, on the date on which the content or the
material is published: (i) the content and materials are accurate and
relevant;

and (ii) the use of the content and materials you provide does not conflict with
current legislation nor with any of the policies and guidelines
applicable Beebit, described in the General Conditions, and that such use does not
cause harm to third parties. You also undertake to hold Beebit and/or Dr Donkey srl harmless. from all legal actions
undertaken by third parties against Beebit and/or Dr
Donkey srl., arising from or in any case connected with the content and materials from
provided to you.

Beebit respects the rights of
intellectual property of third parties.

Beebit through the site:

Beebit will not be responsible for (i) losses that do not
are a consequence of our violation of these General Conditions or
(ii) for any loss of business opportunity (including lost profits,
revenue, contracts, assumed savings, data, goodwill or spent unnecessarily
incurred) or (iii) any other indirect or consequential loss which does not
was reasonably foreseeable, both by you and by us, at the time
which you started using the Beebit Services.

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligations
provided for by these General Conditions if the delay or
the non-compliance arises from fortuitous circumstances or causes of force majeure. There
This provision does not affect your rights arising from the law and in
in particular your right to receive the purchased goods within a deadline
reasonable or to be refunded in the event of non-delivery for
circumstances deriving from fortuitous circumstances or due to force majeure.



These General Conditions of Use are governed by and must be
interpreted in accordance with Italian laws. The competent court for any
dispute that may arise in connection with these Terms

In case of non-compliance on your part with these General Conditions
of Use, our failure to exercise our right to act in your
comparisons, does not represent our waiver of taking action for the violation of the

We do not sell products to minors. We sell products for children who can
be purchased only by adults. If you are under 18, you can
use the Beebit Services only
